Lawrence, MA - Abel Womack, Inc., the largest material handling company of its kind in the Northeast, hosted the 2007 Eastern Region Raymond Dealer Conference at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge, MA June 25-27. The 2 day conference focused on issues revolving around the effective use of materials handling and warehouse technology, rethinking the old sales model, strategies for managing forklift truck rental operations and customer satisfaction models within the Raymond dealer service departments.
Attending the conference were principals from their respective Raymond dealerships including Tom Campau from Anderson and Associates, John Croce and Michael Petinge from Abel Womack, Joe Dean from Pengate Handling Systems, Jim Locker from G.N. Johnston Equipment Company, Steve Mullarkey from Raymond Storage Concepts, Joe Nenarella from Raymond Handling Consultants, Cliff Sneyers from Raymond of New Jersey and Jim Swittenburg from Carolina Handling.
