Numatech Industries Inc., North America?s
leading supplier of converted corrugated plastic products and returnable and
reusable packaging systems, has through its subsidiary Amatech Polycel Inc,
purchased the assets of PCF Foam. PCF operated a 60,000 square foot foam and
corrugated plastic packaging facility in Hamilton, Ohio. Terms of the deal
were not disclosed.
Dave Amatangelo, founder of Amatech Polycel and Vice President of Operations for

the assets of PCF will be relocated to various Numatech facilities. Amatangelo
added, "We are pleased that as part of the transaction we are able to add Dan
Huerkamp, the former owner of PCF Foam, to our team. Dan's expertise will be a
great addition."
